User Responsibilities

- Ensure clothes are not damaged before handover
- Check pockets before giving clothes
- Make timely payments
Service Timings
Delivery time may vary based on load, garment type, and city.
Damage Disclaimer
Although we take great care, WaFabric is not responsible for issues such as:
- Color bleeding or fading
- Shrinkage
- Fabric weakness due to garment age or poor material
- Pre-existing damage
Delicate garments are processed at user’s risk.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Users can cancel pickup only before the pickup partner arrives.
- To cancel, email contactwafabric@gmail.com.
- Once clothes are collected, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Policy
- Refunds only apply for prepaid orders if WaFabric fails to provide service.
- Refunds take 5–7 working days.
- No refund for completed services.
Damage / Color Fade Disclaimer
WaFabric is not liable for damage caused due to:
- Fabric quality issues
- Color fading or bleeding
- Shrinking
- Weak materials or previous wear
Account Deletion Policy
Users may request deletion of their WaFabric account and associated data by emailing us at:

Steps:
- Send an email with subject: Delete My WaFabric Account
- Include registered phone number and email
- Your account will be deleted within 7 days
